Not having the dining area open is unfortunate. Hard to eat bagel sandwiches in your car.
Couldn't of had a worst experience. Ordered online, waited 15min and then went to pick up. I waited so long in the store that... people waiting in line received their food sooner. All the staff could say was that they were under staffed. That was not theissue, the issue was taking care of the line and putting all online orders at the end of the line. Last time, you will bemissed. Horrible staff at register. They contacted me and asked me to fill out a form. No one reached out or replied. Received completely wrong items after ordering pickup from app. Drove all the way back to attempt to straighten it out and... Employees were not very apologetic nor was i offered any sort of compensation for my wasted time or gas. They started to make my(correct) order with gloves that they were just using to clean the floors and counters. Completely disgusting and if they dontvalue their customers ill buy bagels somewhere that isnt over priced. Not my first bad experience at this location Read more
The girl who helped us was extremely rude and didn't speak to us at all. In addition she interrupted us ordering multiple times... to go in the back, and would not stop looking at the clock. She threw the bagels on the counter and was extremely aggressivewhen making our food to the point we felt uncomfortable unwelcome and like a bother to her. I understand everyone has off daysbut that is no reason to have poor customer service. After all of this we did not receive 2 of the bagels we ordered and had togo back and get them. The food is fine but the customer service is terrible, I would recommend just ordering online to avoid thestaff all together or going to a different shop. Read more
Can't go wrong with a bagel from here. Hard to find something that compares without spending more or sacrificing quality. The... service is always fast and efficient, the bagels are nearly always fresh out of the oven. Love the lox bagel sandwich. They dogenerous portions as well. Only drawback is that they close early, but it makes sense because it's more breakfast and lunchbased. Read more
Purchased the Western Brisket and a turkey sandwich. Turkey sandwich only had one piece of turkey. However the brisket was... stuffed! The peppers were very fresh. Would definitely order again. Read more
The best bagels in the area when fresh. They do go stale fast just as a heads up. When your order I suggest watching them make... the bagels as they often mix up orders since they take all your orders and tell you to move. Don?t move away or your order (really only applies when ordering multiple things ) may not be correct. Read more
