Not having the dining area open is unfortunate. Hard to eat bagel sandwiches in your car.
Couldn't of had a worst experience. Ordered online, waited 15min and then went to pick up. I waited so long in the store that... people waiting in line received their food sooner. All the staff could say was that they were under staffed. That was not theissue, the issue was taking care of the line and putting all online orders at the end of the line. Last time, you will bemissed. Horrible staff at register. They contacted me and asked me to fill out a form. No one reached out or replied. Received completely wrong items after ordering pickup from app. Drove all the way back to attempt to straighten it out and... Employees were not very apologetic nor was i offered any sort of compensation for my wasted time or gas. They started to make my(correct) order with gloves that they were just using to clean the floors and counters.
