What happened here?? This place had great food and in the past month they have clearly cheaped out and bought a microwave. I... ordered the country fried chicken and it was 2 chicken patties with gravy. Up your prices if you need to but just please go backto the good food you had a month ago. Read more
I ordered buffalo tenders. I got a cut up frozen chicken patty covered in Frank's Red Hot sauce. A month ago, it was real... chicken and it was delicious. Tonight was a letdown. I could have gotten better chicken at KFC. Even the spinakopita waschanged from last month. The rest of the meal was also a letdown. It looks like the Golden Greek is trying to cutcorners. Don't be fooled by the barebones and dated look of this eatery. The menu featured the same basic pizza, pasta and grinders... found at most neighborhood pizza joints. However, the food was outstanding. Portions were huge (I got a pasta meal for about$15 that was easily three meals worth of food.) The prices were very reasonable, even with the recent price increases. Ourwaitress Michelle was super friendly, a bit boisterous even. Between the welcoming atmosphere, the food, and the other patrons,I almost felt like I was at a family get-together. It is obvious the food is prepared and served with love.
