Reviews for McDonald's in Webb City, MO
Don't go to this Donald's if you're in a hurry. They are always slow. Every time. Sometimes we forget and go there or if we're... closest to it, we stop there. And then we remember why we don't stop there ???? Read more
One mcrib was over cooked, one was undercooked, there was only one pickle on each mcrib, and they just tasted off in general.... The mcdoubles, fries and bacon mcdoubles were satisfactory, however the service was lacking. Read more
Terrible!! Expensive!! Unfriendly!! First off I've only gone to McDonalds in general 2 times in the last 3 years because the... service is always bad, the prices continue to go up, the food is getting smaller, and each time it seems to always hurt mystomach. This location and my last visit has set me over the edge though. For 2 kids meals, a double quarter pounder meal(large) and 1 McRib was over $30. A 6 piece nugget kids meal is somewhere around $8. There was nobody else in the drive-throughand we had to pull up to the overflow / make our line look like it's moving faster than it really is spot. They were waiting onthe McRib. It was 12 minuets from the time on the recipt till we got our food. By then the rest of the food was cold. The personthat profit our food out just handed me the bag and said "here ya go" in the most (I hate my life tone of voice possible).McDonalds menu has shrunk in variety over the years and grown in price and still each time I've went, I've had to pull into awaiting spot. Needless to say I will NEVER return to a McDonalds agian especially this one. I still don't see why they are inbuisness. McDonalds in general is a way different place then what it used to be back in the day. Oh and the McRib tasted like itwas made from a frozen TV dinner meal with the most generic value brand BBQ sauce in the world. Read more
For some reason this location charges $2-3 more for a happy meal than they do in KC, and they also didn't include the apple... slices that are supposed to come with it. If you're in the area, maybe consider something else. Read more
I'm almost always disappointed with this McDonald's.... I should know better by now, but I always hope they have changed. I... can't help that I crave their food sometimes. The price we pay for this food it should at least look like the employeesappreciate their job. Read more
Last straw today sat in the hot car with my infant thinking curbside wouldn't take to long. 30 minutes later no food. Do I go... inside and they lost the order. No apology either. And they normally get at least one thing wrong every order of I could go to adifferent McDonald's that's closer then I would. Read more
I hate to complain, and almost never leave bad reviews. But, waiting here at night sometimes takes 30 to 45 minutes to get... through the drive-thru just to have cold fries. Daytime speeds are reasonable, but at night it seems you get stuck in analternate dimension for a while. Read more
When I pulled up to the window after ordering, the man at the window said (and I quote), "can you at least tell me what you... ordered, brother?" I thought the system was set up to keep track of that, but whatever, fine; I don't mind clarifying. But Idon't appreciate the "at least" part--I hadn't even said anything to him yet. He just opened the window and started in. Also,DON'T CALL ME "BROTHER." Then, when I pulled up to the next window to get our order, that worker handed me a smoothie that wasdripping everywhere. She had to have known, as it was all over the place. She then shut the window. I had to motion her to comeback, so I could ask for napkins. You know, come on. Don't hand someone a mess and then just shut the window on them. She shouldhave at least asked if we needed any napkins. So, yeah. Very disappointing tonight. Read more
