Could not reach by phone to inquire about pickup orders or buffet. Line stayed busy for more than 20 minutes, yet the store was... empty. Can almost garuntee an employee was sitting on the phone talking to friends or family. Would not recommend service wasvery below par. Read more

Went through drive through and ordered 8 PC tender meal. The menu said this was 26.99. Ordered and person quoted me 32. When I... got to the window i asked why and was told prices went up. I told her that their sign said the 26 price and that is what ishould have to pay. The worker told me I looked at the sign wrong. Seriously? Needless to say I left without gettinganything. If your prices go up at least post something to let your customers know. False advertising and very poor customerservice. Read more

I really enjoy KFC just wish the service didn't take quite as long I had a big order and they dropped my bag before it made it... to the window and had to start over completely I do understand accidents happen and they were very busy but the food was great Read more

Did you bring back the buffalo snacker? That?s always my first question. That secret recipe always gets my mouth watering. I?ve... had chicken, biscuits, mashed potatoes and gravy for almost all of my life. Why is KFC better? No clue but I want it. Don?t ever order online. It wont save you time. I don?t understand why the lobby is closed. I ordered online to skip the drive... thru line and I couldn?t go in to pick up my order. I had to wait 20 minutes to pick up my order in the drive thru when Ishould have been able to walk in and pick it up. At least have the option of somebody bringing it out to your car if you orderonline if the lobby is closed. Read more

We received the wrong order, which I understand happens. It was a busy Sunday afternoon. When my call was finally answered the... "manager" was SO hateful that I can honestly say I will NEVER go back to this place. I've never experienced that kind ofcustomer service and I won't be putting myself in the position to experience it again. Read more

Was just at this KFC. I pulled up and said I needed a number 6 original. The lady replies back with just the words "extra... crispy" I said no I needed original. She again replied back with "extra crispy" instead of politely explaining that they wereout of original like a normal person would. I mean am I supposed to just know that is she means that they are out of original?I found it to just be rude. Read more
