Culver's is my favorite fast food place. Their fries are the best and I usually get the pot roast sandwich. We were traveling as... a group of twelve and decided to stop here. The service was great, I went through the drive thru window during lunch. First time having culver's because a friend... recommended it. The food was gross. The fries tasted like a gas station hot zone french fry ( kinda nostalgic) but the chickentenders ..... They tasted more like a school lunch fish fillet than anything close to chicken. One of the few places in town with gluten free buns, so we're here a lot. 5* for the LEGIT fish & chips. Their thick meaty cod... filets rival any I had in Scotland. Burgers are always good, made fresh, and staff will customize any order. Be sure to ask foryour onions grilled, no extra cost. Staff there are friendly, but often inexperienced, so go easy on them folks. Read more

When I walked in several employees were just standing around the front talking and doing nothing. (If u got time to lean you got... time to clean) Ordered my meal to go. Waited for what seemed forever to get my food. Fir them being so slow at the time, itstill took forever to get my food. The young lady who took my order and brought my food out finally has the customer serviceskills of a cactus. Not very personable at all. Took my food and left. Got all the way home opened up my container and nooooooocoleslaw. I paid for a meal that comes with 2 sides and didn't get it. So I called the store, told the kid what happened. "Willyou be coming back up here?" No I'm already home, tired hot and sweaty from working all day so no. "OK I'll send you out somecoupons. Can I get your name & address?" I tell him my name and I hear him trying to spell my first name, as slowly as possible.Had to say my last name 3x fir him to get it and spell it. His demeanor was snarky & hateful. The burger was room temperature yesterday evening and the mustard was just a blob in the middle of the burger and not spread... out. Honestly though that's the first time I have had that experience and its probably just a training issue. The onion ringswere hot and delicious and the root beer was great!
