I hate to say this. This is my family's go to place for Chinese food. We get it togo through the drive thru window on my way... home from work. I placed an order then I asked if I could get some extra musted sauce and extra duck sauce. My food got here and there was no... sauce at all. Don't ask for some extra free condumaints they will not bring you any it's a free condumaints but they lack theattention to details. I did not even eat it I put it in the fridge. Read more
Very small portions. One employee was very rude. Ordered vegetable fried rice. (One item of several) at the drive-through... window, asked, ?is it vegetable fried rice?? The employee responded yes. Got home and it?s plain rice. You couldn?t find avegetable and 20 miles. Call back and asked do you sell vegetable fried rice. I?m not sure five minutes waiting on the phone forthem to decide if they actually sell it. The cashew chicken isn?t that good. There is much better to be found elsewherelocally. the food here is pretty much how my grandmother-in-law would cook Chinese food, and she isn't a very good cook. its not that its... bad here, just not at all what you'd expect. like its okay, but not authentic. Doesn't taste bad, just not how it would at manyother places. three stars for the fact it has some value, in family deals, and the fact they give you what you order, but whatyou order isn't what you really expect it. They have a drive through, but you'd be best to call ahead before ordering. Read more
Phenomenal! The last couple of times I've ordered my General Chicken has been almost sweet; that was a bit upsettinf because I... like spicy and that's how it used to be. Thought I'd give them a second chance. Nope. Handed order over then disappeared Into the back. Didn't ask if I wanted sauces.... There were none, and there were no packets out for customers. Tried to get someone's attention to no avail. Had asked forsteamed rice, got their version of fried rice. Seemed to be quite a few people working, all in the back. No one minding thefront register. Just not a good experience again. But, at least they are consistent with it. Read more
