They were slow to wait on me. The sandwich was very sloppy. I'm surprised if they don't go out of business
They have a nice variety of different sandwiches and as many as I have eaten they're all really good the quality of the food is... very good the staff is excellent they could all use a raise they always seem to be right on top of things which is what they'resupposed to do but they're doing the extra step to make things a better visit to the establishment. Don't know what I'm being asked for feedback by Arby's corp on my one star rating. It's not like it's hard to figure out. Read... the other reviews. It's the same thing. Fries are old and gross. You get a mix from the bottom of the fryer so it's both reallyold curly fries and really old regular fries. The chicken was very hard and rubbery and on top of that for some reason asandwich I ordered was smothered in mushrooms when mushrooms done even come on that sandwich and it was disgusting as well. Iwill say though that yes the staff is friendly but I've lived here for many years now and it seems like the issues that havealways been a problem will just continue to be a problem. Any fast food restaurant can run into staffing issues at times, but this restaurant usually has friendly competent staff willingto give great service. Arby?s meats are always very good! Read more
