The cajun chicken sandwich listed on the menu here, is no longer offered. I dont know if it was just the day I visited or if... the dining room never reopened at this location but . . . drive through only. The new app and rewards system is a joke. The order I placed less than an hour ago didn't automatically give me the rewards... points. I went to enter it manually, and the app said the number was more than 72 hours old and had expired. My mobile orderwas also not correct. Since this store was only open for the drive through because they will not open the dining room, we didnot notice this until we got home. Why should I have to sit in the drive through line after placing an online order? Also, itis nearly impossible to actually get in touch with anyone to file a complaint. There is nowhere on the app to leave feedback.There is nowhere to get support. What used to be a great experience and location has become a joke and not worth eating at. Read more

I am curious is it customary for you to make a customer feel bad for having a $100 bill as they pull through your line when your... lobby is not open? I was told I was an exception after asked why I did not have any other money outside of this bill and thatyou guys did not accept fifties or hundreds. If this is the case you should probably put it on a sign and up somewhere so thatpeople aren't berated for carrying a bill that size in an area like Weaverville North Carolina which is high in the financialbracket. I'll be honest the quality of your restaurant is not great compared to others. The one in Virginia are 10/10 years isat best 5 out of 10. yesterday the chicken that we got was dry the barbecue boneless wings literally were not edible becausethere was not even sauce on half of them. When I spend that much money going through what's supposed to be a fast foodrestaurant line I do not expect to be braided for carrying a bill and for the food to come out nasty. I also would like to notethat my prior experience with you was that you didn't even give me my order after I made it 30 minutes home I realized that Ihad bones in all of the chicken that I ordered boneless. Hadn't been to a Zaxby's in a long long time. This one was not a disappointment. There was two of us and we both had chicken... sandwiches with Fry's and a drink. Surprisingly it was only just over $18. The food was wonderful. Completely forgot how goodthis place really is. Unfortunately this particular restaurant still does not have an open dinning room. Love the chicken here! This is only the second time I have been to a Zaxby?s and I am a huge fan. The chicken is amazing. I... wish this was out near me on the west coast. The service was friendly and my drive through order was perfect. Prices are veryreasonable and I love the vibe of this place. I had the nibblerz combo and a sweet tea. Very good!
