We have attempted this drive thru numerous times only to sit with no movement to the point we end up leaving every time to go... elsewhere. You could go to the store & buy your own hamburger to make in less time than this ?fast food? restaurant. We will nottry it again. Read more

I wish I could give this less than one star. We ordered online for carry-out since the drive through line always takes at least... an hour to get through. We sat in the mobile pick up area for 30 minutes. Lobby is locked and they pretend not to see you. Theywouldn?t answer the phone when I tried calling. So we sat in drive thru for an additional 30 minutes just for the girl at thespeaker to have an attitude and tell me I chose drive thru not carry out. She refused to acknowledge our receipt said carry out.I understand being short staffed but this is ridiculous. Don?t open if you don?t have the staff. Or at least hire a staff that?snot outside on their cellphone when your line is backed down the hill. I hate leaving bad reviews but I?ve never seen somethingso ridiculous. Read more

The dining room is not open as of 9-27 due to being understaffed, according to their sign? sat in the drive through for a little... over 20 minutes only to receive a cold crispy chicken, cold fries, and a watered down coke because most of the ice had melted.It took the woman at the window a full 2 minutes to count out $9 for my change. I don?t think they?re as understaffed as theyare poorly staffed. Read more

Food is always good. It seems understaffed but when at the window I acknowledge at least 3 faces if not more. Recently waited in... line for 40 minutes with only one car in front of me and I only ordered chicken nuggets and fries. With such a new store Iexcepted the wait not to be as long as a sit down restaurant. Not satisfied with this location?s performance. Read more

Never really had any issues with their food. Usually it takes awhile to get through the drive through but it's hot and good. The... staff is awesome they just NEVER have enough help leaving a skeleton crew of people DOING THEIR VERY BEST to cook and not getyelled at for it taking so long! So when you go be patient and understanding and if you have an extra buck or two let them haveit as they work hard under extreme conditions. If you cannot tip them then please tell them what a great job they are doing andhow much you appreciate them! And no I don't work there or know anyone that does. Ordered the southwest salad...it was awful. Chicken was burned. There was no tomatoes in it. Lettuce and salad mix was wilted.... The staff are rude. There were employees sitting on the walkway going in smoking cigarettes. This is by far the WORST Wendy'sever. You all need to have someone from corporate offices come in to straighten out this place. Read more

Rude staff and extremely long waits. I wasn?t even acknowledged when I paid for my food. I got an eye roll and grunt paying with... cash after waiting in line for 35 min. My drink mix was off and had too much soda water. When I got home to eat my food thesalad was not made correctly and had nothing but a small piece of chicken and bacon. I ordered 2 southwest salads and got hardlyanything on them. I will not go back. Read more

I waited in line for 45 minutes which is typical. I started eating my Spicy Chicken sandwich on the way home and the whole... inside was raw! The outside was cooked so I couldn?t tell anything was wrong until I started eating it. I called 2 times and noone answered. Finally on the 3rd time they answered. The manager wasn?t concerned. The order was also not correct but the rawchicken was the scary part. I would think twice before visiting. Read more
