So where do I begin. IF the place is open and IF there's enough employees and IF they don't ignore you in the drive thru and IF... they're dinning room is open and IF the employees are familiar with the menu and IF the workers aren't scratching their hairwithout gloves and IF the hamburger patties didn't taste like rot, I'm sure this would be a good place to eat. Haven't eaten Hardees in forever: Just got a Frisco burger from the Weaverville location, it was 1 of the best I've ever had! It... wasn't greasy, the bread was perfectly toasted! Will definitely go back. Read more
Food was good but the guy employee standing next to the fan behind the counter with the headphones and long hair under his hat... vaping was kind of gross. Good thing health inspector didn't walk in. Do better people. Good customer service is dead. Read more
First time at this location and it was terrific. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and was able to sit down and relax and have... my lunch unlike the places down the street that keep the doors locked so when you have a big truck you can't get a meal. When Iam in the area I will not hesitate to go to this location. The employees were not at the door smoking like the hendersonvillestore. Read more
I think this location has closed down. It has been deserted for at least 3 weeks as of this writing. Nobody working inside, no... cars in the parking lot or drive through. I tried the drive through (lobby closed) about a month ago. It was in the afternoonand the worker said they were ?out of food and closing now?. I think I was literally the last customer at this place. It?sbeen a ghost town since then. I liked Hardee?s as a kid and would still give them a try now and again. Zero stars if that was an option! The fries were old, hard and gross. The burger was pitiful and burn to a crisp. I went thru... the drive thru or I would have went back to the counter. Oh and $8.79!! I should have followed my gut and went to Subway. Iwon't ever go back! Read more
Popped in for some fast food on a long road trip. There was one car in the drive-thru and two couples in the dining room - one... had been served, the other hadn't. Placed my order and waited... and waited.... and WAITED. I watched one worker use gloves toclean a drain and empty a mop bucket (scooping remnants from the bottom by gloved-hand). Then he walked directly to the burgerstation and completed a burger with those same gloves! He started another one and then had a visible ah-ha moment and changedhis gloves. I pity the customer that got that burger. The lady making apple pies dumped them on a serving tray (how often arethose washed??) and used ungloved hands to place them in the sleeve. At multiple points she stopped to grab her pants by thetooshie waist, placing her thumb near her bottom crack to pull them back up, and went right back to handling the pies. The utterdisregard for hygiene and safe practices here is intense. The 3-person staff were lazy, idle and slow. Three parties isnothing, there should have been no problem serving them/us in short order. I waited 22 mins for two burgers and a large fry. Thebuns were half toasted, the pattys burnt to a crisp. The entire time I waited not one person said anything to me, even though Iwas the only person at the counter. When I was finally given my order, the lady at the counter said "thank you for yourpatience". After a 22-min delay for fast food, where workers are visibly unhygienic and food is burnt, I was not patient. Itook my order and left. Will certainly not return and frankly neither should you.
