Order was completely wrong, the line took over 30 minutes to fully get through, won't be returning to that location.
They're dining room is not open so you have to go to the drive-thru. The line was slow, but the food was good
People not very friendly, Mgr, was fussing- publicly at an employee (not cool), food was like every other fast food nowadays.... Pay more, get less. Menu board was broke, not displaying any items or combos, had to guess. Just went with a number 1 combo. Read more
So, did an order through uber eats. I work 5 minutes from this location down at the zips car wash. I ordered a bacon melt LCM +... lettuce onion pickle and tomato plus combo. A 12$ meal. Got a 4.75 double slider..... the fries were cold as well which I don'tunderstand.... mostly because I could rear back and toss a rock and hit the store from where I'm standing. And my fries werecold. I'm in the middle of rush hour down here was able to get someone to grab the tunnel for me so I could eat a meal, andinstead got a snack. No worries though I'll order elsewhere, sure the employees will appreciate not having to make my meal.Don't get me wrong, the slider was great, cook did a good job making it. Omg it was absolutely terrible today! All the workers moved like sloths, and didn't give a dang about the customers. It took... about 15 minutes to get my food while one worker nonchalantly sprinkled fries into the container one by one. The poor guy behindme didn't even get his until I had already finished eating. I understand that it gets busy sometimes, but NONE of the staff knewwhat they were doing or cared. I won't be back at this one for a very long time. Read more
