The lobby has been closed on multiple occasions, causing you to wait in the dreadfully slow drive thru line, despite ordering... ahead walk in. I understand they may be short staffed, but the order ahead should be turned off for the store location in theapp. Will avoid this location moving forward. Read more
Everyone here is really nice and customer service is great, but I think there?s some sort of quality control issues here. Maybe... a month ago I got an iced decaf there. It was sour and tasted so gross, I threw it out and got another one closer to my work. I assumed it was just a fluke. This morning, however, my wife dropped by and grabbed another iced decaf for me, and it was thesame. Undrinkable. Maybe they?re not cleaning out the filters or the coffee machines? I can?t attest to whether it?s the samefor hot or regular coffee, but the iced decaf tastes not potable. I?d love to see them figure this out. Read more

This is the best DD in my area. We have one in Bloomfield and one at the north end of town in Simsbury but those are out of my... way. I'm posting this review because there are a couple of locations that I won't mention when I ask for an ice coffee thecream has been either flat or not enough or not enough ice and just plain yucky. When Im craving an ice coffee and the firstsip is not fresh it's a total let down. This location is perfect every time! Located right across from the Agway in Simsburyon Rte. 10. One day I drove up and the registers were down and my large Ice Coffee was on the house. That was a niceunexpected gift. This particular location is a good one since it's off of Rte. 44 and somehow I am always passing this one. Drive thru is very easy to get into and exit. I did have another nice surprise at this one when we had a summer storm and thepower was out in a bunch of towns. It was hot and humid already in the morning. I drove down and got our coffee's at around5:30 am. The car in front of me had paid for whatever I ordered. It totally got me out of my funk of dread of what was instore for the day with no power and central air. Thank you!!!! Read more

Horrible. Multiple times I've gone up to the lobby to find a sign saying the lobby was closed due to being short-staffed. I have... no sympathy for the whole "short-staffed" thing anymore. If you can't keep staff, just close down so I know to go somewhereelse. Also, I tried to order a sandwich over an hour before they closed, and they said that they had turned the ovens off. Sothey basically just open and close whatever they want, whenever they feel like it. There's a Starbucks and several other Dunkinsnot too far away, so don't waste your time here. Read more
