Stopped by first time this afternoon to grab some sandwiches on our way to Mineral Wells. There was a young man at the register... and older gentleman who made our sandwiches. Both were very kind. I just happened to be walking by one evening I want to say it was on September 30th or 31st between 9 and 10 pm. There were two... young males working, one was behind the counter and the other was mopping the floor. The mopping kid, decided it would be agood idea to mop the rack you put the online orders on, with the same exact mop he uses to mop the floor with. Come here all the time and usually just walk in but decided to do a mobile order to save time on lunch. I got a subway club but... when I got back to work someone had purposely put a strip of marinara down the sandwich on top of everything else so it wasn?tlike it was on accident. I didn?t put marinara on my order and double checked to make sure. Don?t know why someone wouldrandomly do that. Edit: They gave me a refund and apologized so I switched it from 1 to a 4. The last time I ordered from this location I had 2 footlong Turkey subs that were not supposed to be toasted and they were very... toasted. This time all 4 were on bread that looked old and was wrinkled. They were messy the items were just thrown on them andvery overly dressed plus they were barely cut. I had to finish cutting them myself. I think everyone that works there needs tobe retrained even Mary the manager. Read more
Worst Subway I have ever been to. I have visited this subway a bunch but never again after tonight. When I walked in one... employee was standing down the hall by the bathroom on her cell phone. The other employee behind the counter continued to talkto the customer that was in front of me. I noticed he had finished the customers sandwich but they kept talking. After a fewminutes I asked if someone could help me. The Male employee talking to the customer never looked at me. The female employee onher phone finally came over and asked what I wanted. After making my sandwiches I tried to get sweet tea. It was empty so Iasked if they had more. She says I dont know. I had had enough and walked out. Read more
