I was about to shower walked down hallway there was a buffer machine seating in the hallway leaking water I didn't notice until... after I slipped and fell corporate hasn't even tried to reach out hurt back and leg went to hospital about to sue them if Idon't hear back from them Read more
Came in at 11:50pm with a company vehicle on a Thursday night and could not get a receipt for $111.00 in fuel. Was told that... system would be down for two hours. I asked if I could be written some sort of receipt with the Pilot logo or letterhead and wastold that they had nothing. It's now 1:00am and still waiting at the register for the system to come back up. I'm not able tobelieve that such a company is unable to create a $111.00 fuel receipt by hand in the event the electronic system goes down. Needless to say, there is/was no notice of "No Receipts Available" posted anywhere. This is a truck stop, unbelievable. Read more

Someone really needs to stop the trucks that are parking in front of the parking spaces. I understand that everyone needs to be... able to park, but the same deal trucks that are parked in a parking spot should not be trapped and have to beat on a trucksleeper to ask for the truck that is parked in the no parking areas... Came back for fuel and to scale the truck. The womanbehind the counter " Christie"? Dark hair was working with a man so both registers was open, until I came in for the scaleticket, she spent a little while putting 2 packs of cigarettes in the rack , she saw I was waiting, so instead of helping me shewent in the little office and waited for her coworker to take 2 in line. I went to him. And only after he started getting myinformation for the scale ticket, did she come out and watch. I didn't want much just to get the ticket so I could get on myway... Nice gas station with lots of gadgets in it. They serve nice hot food along with cold drinks. They have radios, CB's, headphones... and phone accessories. There is also a Wendy's inside for some fast food. There pizza is really good I stop by everytime I gopast there. Always good price in gas also and you can get a shower there if needed. I would recommend this place for sure. Read more
This is our place is stop when we travel to Dallas for day trips, flights out of DFW or for whatever reason we're in the... Metroplex. The gas is cheap the bathrooms are clean it now has a Dunkin Donuts and there is also a Wendy's located inside. Myhusband loves their Pizza he gets 2 slices for $5. I'm not a big pizza fan but they do have good jumbo corn dogs. This is a bigplace for the truck drivers. and a lot of traveler's. It's a decent place is stopping clean highly recommend! Read more
Beyond ridiculous pilot no security to moderate parking situation. Wake up after 10 hour reset to this ridiculousness.
