Placed an order online when I arrived at the scheduled pickup time my food was not ready. I get it places are short staffed so I... didn?t mind waiting but after over 30 mins of waiting and my order is still not out it gets frustrating, especially when thereonly two guests. As a former manager, I am absolutely appalled. Slow and poor service. The guy at the register along with what looked like his... trainer both seem like they may be on drugs. Took 15 minutes to ring in 2 meals. Couldn?t redeem my points because he didn?tknow how and didn?t give me a receipt. Horrible experience. Update: just left. Couldn?t finish my meal because my boyfriendwent to the bathroom and saw one of the cooks walk out without washing his hands. Absolutely disgusting. I dropped my fork andwe left without finishing. Food was fast and decent. Only complaint was of the manager Kyle, being one of the most rude and confrontational managers I?ve... ever seen. He would walk around the restaurant muttering rude things about customers he did not like. Two children, CHILDREN,walked in and he greeted them asking how they were. They didn?t respond so he said it louder and they responded politely. Kyleproceeded to walk around the dining room complaining about ?when someone speaks to you then you better stop and listen andacknowledge you rude little brats.? Very concerning for a grown man to talk about children this way among other payingcustomers. His attitude completely ruins the atmosphere for this location. Read more
Love the Spicy Turkey Melt!! Loaded with a spring mix, fresh tomatoes, bacon, avocado, and a spicy chipotle ranch. The bread... is always fresh! Ordering through the app saved about 20 minutes of wait time. The Weatherford store is always friendly! Great place to dine in or take out!! Yum!!! Update-went back on Free tea day and they were busy! And still my order wasprocessed quickly, the food still fresh, the service excellent, and the tea unbelievably good. First restaurant review I have ever done in my 36 years. I'm can't describe how shocked I am at what I just received. The... picture shows what they call a "side", basically 3 bites. The sandwich I got is half of what you get at Jimmy John's and waysmaller than what they used to serve. They will never get another penny from me. They should be ashamed to even serve what Ijust got. I?ve always loved McAlister?s but after today I wont be back. I ordered about $25 worth of food and picked up my order from the... pick up shelf. I didn?t think to check it because it?s usually right but when I got home I noticed I was missing half of myorder. I live over 30 minutes away so I wasn?t going to go back so I called the store to see what they could do. Instead ofrefunding me for the items I was missing, they just offered me a coupon. I just feel like if you mess up someone?s order justrefund them for the missing items. I wasn?t asking for a full refund or replacement, I just wanted a refund for what I wasmissing and all they wanted to do was give me a coupon when half of my order was missing.
