Who ever is working the drive through needs to be trained better as my order was not right at all. Was told to come back to get... items they missed even after i said i was already home. Never liked this location, I'll continue giving my business to thelocation on Santa fe drive. Read more

I rarely get the opportunity to eat at Jack in the Box so I was looking forward to my visit. I was so very disappointed! My... sourdough burger wasn't actual sourdough, the flavor was not there & hubby's Jack was so small & lacking flavor! Their newtangled drink machine didn't even have a recognizable diet soda! I?m giving 5 stars right now because tonight, Thursday May 26th around 8:45 PM, the lady that gave my my food was the most... cheerful and sweet person I have probably ever encountered there. I go often and feel she should be recognized for smiling andnot acting like I was a problem?? Wish I could have gotten her name. Oh and the tacos are all I ever order. Read more
I'd give negative stars if I could but I Waited in line for 30 minutes and placed my order only to get to the window and be told... we're closed it's 8:15 and your hours are till 10.
