Had our childs birthday party here, it was nice to change it up lol. They were amazing with getting us plenty of space for a... very large group, and the manager did help with waving some of the cost down also! Just wish they would do like a party packagecombo type thing for birthdays?? We love Cicis but seems like they would allow you to order so many pizzas and drinks orsomething lol! This place has gone downhill and actually made me very ill this morning. First Salad bar did not look like temp was being... maintained and was a mess. Next the pasta looks like someone did not know how to cook it and had been sitting out too long .Pizza and dessert also sitting out too long. Cannot believe I paid 13 dollars to get sick. Hot fresh pizza. Salad bar was not as fresh. Pasta was not fresh at all. It was very tidy and clean. Awesome arcade area.... Overall pretty good. Read more
I'll start off by saying that once they put out fresh pizza , it was delicious. However, the young employees need better... training. The single cashier line was out the door before a second cashier came to help. Plates by the register were still wetand had food residue. I appreciate the bus boy taking our dirty dishes but someone needs to let him know how unappealing it isto see someone scooping half eaten food into a full trash can/cart right next to where you are seated and still eating. All heneeds to do is take the plates a few steps away from the table before he does this. I'm not expecting a fine dining experience,but for the price, I expect to not be grossed out. Read more
Will never go back. I never got the pizza I ordered for me and my kids. The buffet pizza was old, and for the price we paid the... pizza should have been hot and fresh. Would give 0 stars if I could. Read more
Absolutely disgusted! I have seen cleaner bathrooms at a run down gas station. Took the family there for a Sunday meal and my... wife and I couldn?t even bring ourselves to eat! A gentleman sneezed his mouthful of food on the glass over the food. Hair..foodon the seats?chewed gum stuck everywhere. Will never eat at a CiCis establishment ever again. For Cici?s it was pretty good. They were keeping the tables fairly cleaned off. The pizza demand was not really being 100% met... but we made do. (Picky eaters.) Everyone was starving after a road trip and this definitely met the needs of our 5 person crewfor hunger, quickness and value! We only looked around in the arcade but it was also clean and the largest Cici?s arcade I?veever seen. Would return if we are in the area and wanted pizza again. Read more
What can I say other than a long time of coming here only to find nothing but a bunch of young kids standing around with the 20... something year old manager. The food omg was just gross tonight you picked up your slice of pizza to eat it and it flopped downto your plate. The pasta salad that Ive always like tasted like noodles and water. I finally went and told the manager verypolitely but didn?t go back to try it after it was fixed supposedly. But I wasn?t going to be the constant complaining type ofperson so I just sort of ate or tried to eat my food but certainly wasn?t worth the buffet price. I have known the manager foryears and when he is there it isn?t run that way and the food is cooked and proper workers doing their job the only worker youcan commend was the guy cleaning tables.
