This is my favorite restaurant in Weatherford, you absolutely must try the gator tenders with the Thai chile sauce. The service... is good, but a bit slow. I usually love the atmosphere of this place- the lighting is dim and relaxed, and the decorations arecomfortable. However, this place has live music on weekend nights, and I'm not a huge fan. Otherwise, I love this place and goas often as I can! Read more

If you're expecting to run in this place, get your food really quickly, eat and leave you'll miss the beauty that is "The... Boiling Cajun." When you enter Boiling Cajun think "Cheers"....where everybody knows your name. This is a great place to eat, lounge, listen to music, have a few drinks and get to know local folks. Boiling Cajun has a group of loyal regulars for areason. The waitresses here are quirky, fun and interesting. Joke around with them... They love it. The owners are humble, downto earth and often go from table to table talking to restaurant patrons. Like any restaurant they may have an off night fromtime to time with cooking or service. I promise once you get to know everyone you'll never feel more at home. If you're notsure what to order...The shrimp boil in spicy sauce is off the chain & The Crawfish boil is the best I've ever had anywhere. Read more

The fries were absolutely amazing, they also made sure I didn't get over-hydrated by keeping our waters empty, and no sauce... served with the gator appetizer. When my wife's food came out they asked if they can get anything else, umm my food lol. Ireally wanted to still, with all of that, give them a five star, I mean the fries are fantastic, but during checkout ourwaitress said they don't do change, and rounded up!!! I always give around 40% tip, but when you round up, that is theft to me.So I decided to give a very honest review, even though I hardly ever give less than five stars. The gumbo had one piece of soggyshrimp, and my wife's fried shrimp tasted like fried water, but the fries, you have got to try their fries! Oh and the foodcomes out on paper boats, and ketchup is in packets, but the prices are glassware prices, but the fries, ohh my Read more

Absolutely the worst shrimp I?ve ever had. Couldn?t peel it. If you tried to squeeze the tail and pull it off, you ripped the... shrimp in half. Much of the time I continued to find pieces of the shell in my mouth. It just wouldn?t come off. My wifeordered the mild shrimp boil and I ordered the spicy. Hers had extra corn. We realized after that she had the spicy and I gotthe mild. Out of crackers so we ordered French bread. Tough and dry. One of the worst meals I?ve had in many years. Tooexpensive for that quality. Best flavorful seafood around! My husband got the Ragin cajun and I got the crawfish and both were amazing! Was full of great... flavor. Better then any other seafood place around the area so far (coming from people who lived in Florida) Sarah was ourwaitress and she was so sweet and patient with us, had great suggestions and kept up with making sure we had everything wewanted or needed. We will definitely be back! Read more

After a long day of moving, these ice cold beers were refreshing as can be. We got there when happy hour hit too, so it felt... like a nice reward for our hard work from the universe. They had a musician playing for tips who was super nice and playedwonderfully. I feel really bad for taking photos of food and drinks already slightly taken from when the presentations were sobeautiful, but we were starving and thirsty and at least you know we loved the food and drinks. We just dug right in! The drinkswere crisp, the food was delicious and seasoned perfectly, service was great. I guess the only down side if I could be picky wasthe lobster tasted slightly over cooked, but it could have been from the steam of the other food it was sitting on. Either way,it's 5 stars for me. Thank you. Read more

First time visit impressions: The Gumbo was VERY salty but if you can look past that it had a good flavor. The... shrimp & chicken were not rubbery like some over cooked GumBo but the sausage had a rubbery texture. We got the Alligator bitesfor our appetizer. It was tender but the batter was pretty bland & more breading than meat, however the Asian sweet chili saucethey served with them is one of my favorite sauces so i was ok with it. For the main course we ordered the Jalapeno Burger.Again, first impressions, i tasted the salt in the burger rite off the bat BUT when a full bite is taken it is still a goodburger and knocks the salt down to bearable for my son and i. The patty was crunchy on the outside and the Buns were ButterToasted & that was nice. We added the Louisiana hot sauce to ours because it didn't come with it on it. The fries were perfectlycooked and tasty. All in all this place is definitely cozy and the food is good and i would eat here again but if you have Saltintake problems i would definitely avoid it. DESSERT: We got the Oreo Cheesecake and it did not disappoint. The cheesecake wasvery delicious and looked amazing also. Our waitress Brooke was very attentive and we never had to wait. Read more
