They lost an order for 2 hamburgers for almost 10 minutes! By time I received them they were barely warm. Had to take them home... and nuke them. I had to leave my car and go inside. I even saw them try to hand them off to another vehicle. Staff is clueless. Read more
Ordered a cheeseburger and asked for the patty to be made fresh. The patty wasn?t fresh and I found a hair in my cheeseburger.... So I returned it and got a fry. After eating my fry I ordered an extra water. I waited 10+ minutes for my water. I had to get upand get it even though I was told to use the kiosk and I selected that it be brought to me.
