Had a slight hiccup with my order and they handled it smoothly and quickly. They were very kind as well. Their manager didn't... hesitate to make things right and I will definitely go to this location instead of other locations. Only flaw is with the JimmyJohn's support helpline. I called and they automatically messaged the franchise owner about the issue which isn't reasonable orfair for the employees. Read more
