We ordered burnt brisket ends and two sides each the meat was served on a small cookie sheet with parchment paper on it. The... burnt ends looked like pulled pork they said that they didn't have enough of this and that two accommodate all theircustomers. There were 2 people working neither one wearing gloves while handling food products or wearing any hair nets and were unkempt in appearance tables were unwashed and the restroom was in need of cleaning trash was spilling ontothe floor . We were new to the area and were suggested to go their for dinner. We were really disappointed as we were toldthe food and service were good. Read more
These folks are incredibly nice people and the food is really good! And I was beyond happy when they were kind enough to offer... my service dog food as well. That's true kindness and even though I'm not local, we'll definitely stop in when we come backthrough. Read more
We have a new restaurant rule thanks to this location. We shall never eat at a restaurant with no vehicles in the parking... lot! The two employees working, were in some side shed and walked into the main restaurant area as we entered. The kitchenlooked into disarray as well as the lobby. I used the restroom after ordering which was disgusting. Paper towels used as toiletpaper were visibly overflowing out of the trash can. As I entered the lobby my wife was standing there and we just locked eyesknowing this wasn't going to be good. We received our meal and immediately knew it was old. Parts of the potato salad weredried and hard, the mac and cheese was microwaved hotter than the Sun, and the pork sandwich was cold. After we sat down thetwo employees went back into the side shed on the outside of the restaurant. We knew at that point it was time to trash the mealand hit the road. We will never stop here again! You shouldn't have to "get lucky" to have an enjoyable meal you paid above average on. The place is running on a knife's edge,... which is typical for the area. This means the restaurant will put up with bad reviews as long as profit exceeds cost. They'reoften out of items, and will downsize your order without notice, but have no issue in keeping your money for the full order.Some would call this stealing. The employees, who are obviously overworked, are unhappy, the food is technically edible butoften dry and gross. I don't think much effort is being made to fix anything because the business is operating on afundamentally flawed model of keeping costs as low as possible, even if it repetitively sacrifices quality. Avoid Dickey's, asthe only major change I foresee is it closing down. Read more
Ordered online at 5:43, app said it would be ready at 6:15. Arrived at 6:17, sandwich hadn't been made yet, even though they... weren't busy. Was told they didn't have the onions ordered for the sandwich. Ordered sauce online, was told I had to put it ina container myself. Sandwich seemed a bit small. Weighed it when I got home. 6.3 ounces including bun and wrapper! For a $10brisket sandwich. Also brisket was chopped, not sliced as I ordered. This was my fifth attempt in five days to get a brisketsandwich, on the prior attempts they had no brisket. This location clearly needs better management, and has not given a goodimpression of the chain. Read more
The owner of this establishment should be absolutely ashamed of themselves as well as whoever management is. The way you are... running this business is horrible. One employee working all on their own and they where newly hired and hardly trained left torun everything themselves. Food was also poor quality and outside looked dirty. First impression of this franchise and will notbe coming back. Read more
Just awful. No restaurant should be putting out food like this. We ordered ribs, chicken, and burnt ends and they were all... completely dried out and salty like jerky. The burnt ends (or maybe it was brisket?) was like strips of plastic and completelyinedible. I?ve eaten at other dickey?s franchises and they?ve been fine, but I?d avoid this one. Read more
We were completely disappointed with the quality of food, the meat that that my wife and I had, brisket and pulled pork were... both cold. The one employee ask the other if the big meat in the back was brisket, it very apparent more training is needed.They didn't have forks? The restaurant was dirty at best inside and out, two of the four sauces were empty. Sertantly the typeof restaurant people on vacation will remember, not for a good reason but a place to never return. Home office my want toretrain franchisy. Read more
