This place kind of messed up our orders. We got a sweet tea and an iced chai latte. The sweet tea was not sweet at all and... basically tasted like slightly flavored water. The chai latte had no chai and was like coffee. Two stars for quick servicethough. Read more
They got our order wrong which was of course frustrating because when you want a chocolate glazed donut and you get a chocolate... cake donut instead it kind of sucks. But I was willing to just eat the cake donut, maybe they were having a rough morning. Butwhen they throw the entire order of glazed and non glazed donuts in the bag, NOT wrapped up, you get a gross mess. That justsent the experience over the edge from tolerable to disappointing. Just went to this location for the first time, not impressed. The young woman taking my sisters order was not very polite and we... felt very rushed. (My sister asked for a moment to look at the menu and not even a minute went by and she was like, ?hi welcometo dunkin can I help you? not even a, if you have any questions or help looking I am here to help.) so much for looking at themenu. I had asked for a avocado toast, very small, soggy and definitely not worth 4 dollars. I also asked for a cake batterdrink, the lady didn?t specify which one was with the sprinkles and whipped cream which was the one I was wanting. I asked herisn?t this supposed to have whipped cream and sprinkles? And she said no, that?s the latte. I dumbed out my coffee, because itwas nasty and it tasted like a day old coffee. While the employees are polite, they obviously do not pay enough attention to the ?to go? orders. Whoever is in charge of... those/door dash deliveries, isn?t doing a very good job. The last straw was the second time it happened to me within a month. Mydoor dash order arrived with multiple items missing!! Definitely not a good look for a new store.. Read more
Loved the coffee! The breakfast sandwiches weren't the best. Donuts are great, however. Team member was polite and helpful.

Went to this place this morning and was told they were not serving food. I asked, "When will you start?" Was told, "one person... ordered 30 breakfast wrap and they won't be serving other customers until they are done with that order." How do you just stopproduction for one person?? I have only been to this location twice but from what I see they don't care about other payingcustomers. Just sad. I will be calling the corporate office. Read more
