It took the lady 5 minutes to ask us what we wanted, it was going to be a long wait on the chicken. Keep in mind there is only 3... people (including me) in line through the drive through. She never responded and never told us our total and was EXTREMELY rude.This place needs better workers or either needs to be shut down. Read more
Was told to pull forward while they cooked chicken. Waited 25 minutes and reversed back to the window where my food was sitting... and I was immediately handed.. Chicken wasn't fresh and all sides were cold biscuits hard as a rock. Will not be back. Read more
I ordered an 11 piece dark meat only and was told I could do that, but instead they gave me an 11 piece mixed box. I didn't find... that out until I got home. I also ordered a large mashed potatoes and gravy and got a small mac and cheese. Don't go thereunless you really don't care what you get. I wish I could rate them negative 5. Please believe the other reviews. This location is horrible. They have extremely long waits... only to hear that they don?t have chicken or whatever you order. Every time I?ve tried to visit this location I was told thatthey were out, no answer at the drive thru or that it?ll be a 30 min wait. Read more
When you order a 3-piece combo, is it the Popeyes standard to instead give you a 2-piece (with a whopping 10 fries) for the same... price?? We always get shorted on food when we go to the Waynesboro Popeyes, which is unfortunate, because we like the taste ofeverything. Read more
If this is the quality of the food that is consistent here I will never be back. Not only did my meal look like this the other... one I ordered did also. These were not chicken tenders these were chicken crumbs. Didnt even bother to get my money back. Verydisappointed and disgusted . One star is wayyyyyyy to high. Even the biscuit was a brick. The food was ok at best and the drive thru had issues with ordering and you needed to drive around the store to make your order.... Also I had to wait a considerable amount of time to make my early lunch order. The quality of the chicken was also very thin, asI ordered the honey spice chicken. Read more
