Went yesterday night, dont know if it was because it was 1 hour till closing but the pretzel bites i received weren't cooked all... the way and barely had any salt on them. Had my boyfriend try them and he also agreed that they were not good. More than halfended up in the trash. Ill stick to auntie anns. Read more

Was excited to eat my cheese pretzel. Took a bite and it was SUPER salty. Turned it around to find so much salt EMBEDDED in the... bottom of the pretzel so i couldn't scrap off. We love the variety of pretzels at Wetzel's Pretzels. The cheese pretzel is the best!! They also have a pretzel with cheese and... pepperoni on it that is delicious. Regular pretzels are great too. If you bring your kids on line, they may get to watch one ofthe workers twisting the pretzels behind the glass window. Read more
Pretzels were good. Hot, fresh and ready to consume. Ordered regular and cinnamon. Half the bag was filled with the cinnamon... topping, while the regular pretzels were your typical butter coated. Pricey for what you get, 2 bags were close to $11. Read more
