After walking into the Wayne Five Guys location, there was an employee behind the counter on the phone with a customer. We were... waiting for the individual on the phone to complete his/her order, and additionally waiting for the employee to be ready to takeours (we had 7 people in our group waiting). 7 minutes later, the employee hands the phone off to another employee, who thenreturns the phone back to the first worker, saying, "I just hung up", and proceeded to laugh. Then one of our group membersasked for his milkshake order. The worker taking our order interrupted him telling us that they aren't making milkshakesanymore, without apologizing to us or anything for holding us up for so long. The fries were too salty. You might as well serve salt. Very, very bad. We couldn?t even eat 1/3 of the fries. Horrible. ... Service was ok, but you need to limit the salt served to your customers. You?re better off just letting the customers add thesalt they want. Read more
Kind of gross. Not a friendly staff at all either. Mayo, ketchup etc all over the OUTSIDE of the bun. Soggy fries, soggy bun... and wet spots everywhere. Nasty. Read more
