Look, it's a Dunkin. What are you expecting? It's the McDonalds of breakfast pastry shops. Their donuts are mediocre but... reliable. My kid loves them so going here we continue. The staff is good. They should get a raise. The number of times I'vecome in to see them staying calm with angry customers is astounding. Like who gets upset at somebody handing you donuts? Will not be going back to this location anytime soon.Stop thereTodayAt 4:00 p.m. and waited for 10 minutes at the drive thru to... order something only to find out no employees were working inside. Now I speak on behalf of the 12 other cars I witnessed havethe same experience. The back door for employees only was actually open but there were no employees working. The wayne (New jersey) location of dunkin is pathetic. I went today morning. The person taking the order was so slow.. everyone... in the line was getting furious. Not only that, he literally asked my order 3 times. I went with my husband and we mentioned thecoffee to be hot and he acknowledged it. When the coffee came, it was next to normal temperature (not even lukewarm). We askedhim to heat it (politely) and that guy transferred the coffee in a utensil and put the utensil under that machine and hecompletely forgot. I could see it's done and we had to wait for another 5 mins until my husband told him that there is somethingseriously wrong with that guy and they can keep the coffee. We also ordered an everything bagel (didn't enjoy at all). Not onlythat, the customers ordering behind us were also agitated and we saw them arguing before we left. We actually went to Dunkin toenjoy our coffee also because it was National Coffee day but worst experience. My husband was a regular dunkin customer back inBoston and it was way better. Absolutely terrible. While ordering in the drive thru the worker kept cutting off our order to speak to someone else. Then after... we ordered and drove up to the window they asked us what we ordered. They had absolutely no idea what we ordered even though hetook down our order at the speaker. I ordered a toasted white chocolate latte with almond milk. i get my drink back and i canteven make this up?A CUP OF MILK WITH CHOCOLATE SYRUP. I guess they took my substitute of almond milk as i want no coffee in mydrink. unbelievable. We ordered 3 doughnuts and they asked us almost 5 times what doughnuts we wanted.
