Came to this location because the terrible service I received at the other location In westland. I called first because I didn't... want to make a dry run. I called the young man was very pleasant and took my order and asked asked would I like to pay beforegetting there I said yes and getting ready to proceed to get my card the young man then asked was I driving I said yes.the youngman then stated I could just wait until I git there and my order was ready when I arrived. I would just like to say. MARCUS andthe Jimmy John crew on Michigan Are Rock.!!! Read more

I do love JJ?s, we order from there at least once a week, twice if I?m lucky. But I wish I could get it delivered from a... different store. I have no issues with the drivers, i always give them a good tip no matter when they show up, it?s the store Ihave issues with. The only variation I make to my order is less onions, some days I get what tastes like an onion sandwich. Theyforget items and act annoyed when I call and say YES I want it, it?s part of my lunch. Today my sandwich has mayonnaise on it,it?s an Italian sandwich I don?t want mayonnaise on it. So I called the store and was told I could come there and get anotherone or they?d put me down for a free one next time. I said thanks I guess I don?t get lunch today. Read more

Almost every time they've gotten the ingredients wrong...we customize on the app and this last time, nothing extra was added.... And then random ingredients not chosen WERE added? Weird?? Read more

Started to order but sorry no sub is worth $23 plus tip delivered less than a mile away. Prices are ridiculous.

I fell in love with JJ's after my first sandwich. I wasn't disappointed with my BLT. But inflation sure is making it harder to... eat out Read more

The quality at this location has really slipped lately. The subs are poorly put together, and the meats, cheeses, lettuce,... onions and peppers all seem to be rather skimpy too. The past 5 visits in the past couple of months have really disappointedme. I had to delete my previous 5 star review so that I could update to the new normal here. I hope that the owner or managergets this place back on track. Read more

I am diabetic so I have to watch my carbs. So I was happy when I found Jimmy John's did unwhichs. It was easy to order from the... app which allowed me to grab and go efficiently. But already they have changed the way you order on. The app and made itambiguous at best and misleading at worst. And to compound things it's not just hard for the consumer but the staff can't seemto figure it out as well.i order without breath and my sandwich came with it. I was forced to pull the innards out. The saucewas non existent because of the bread so it was just hunks of meat with lettuce. $17 for a footling and the order is wrong theapp makes no sense I'll keep my money and make one myself. Great sandwich. Melancholy employee. He seemed unhappy to have a customer. I didn't mean to interrupt your day to day grind. ... I just wanted a bathroom break, a sandwich, a drink and a bag of chips. (I forgot the chips on the way out, thinking about thelack of hospitality). There were a total of three customers already seated and enjoying their fare. I was the only customerattempting to order. My purchase was made at 10:37AM before the lunch rush. As such he wasn't currently swamped by nearly anypossible measure. IDK what it is with the service industry workers in these modern times. Be happy, smile at and verballygreat your guests. Being professional and affable seems more the aberration all the time. Yet, it is the very definition ofany sort of service industry position. Not to mention there is an rediculously extremely high likelihood that the jobdescription was no mystery when you applied and even less so after orientation. Being happy is a choice. Doing your jobshouldn't be a cosmic challenge. Be professional. Do your job well even when no one is looking. Be happy in all that you do. Separate one customer from the other and your private life from your professional position. It is just that easy. Choosecompartmentalization if absolutely necessary. "Half full or half empty"? It is the same circumstance. Your view is thedifference. Choose optimism and professionalism. You still get 4 stars. We all have off days but this was your one and onlychance at a first impression to a new guest. There are no do-overs for an initial interaction. Life is short. Choosehappiness. Choose it all the time: "Don't worry, be happy". Read more
