Worse customer service ever! They did not greet us at the ordering station. Our latte was awful with no sugar, I asked for more... packets of sugar and We were told that they couldn?t give me more than 4 packs when we got four grande lattes. I ordered white chocolate mocha with almond milk and no frothy foam, it was not white chocolate mocha at first but I went back... to get the order corrected. I realized it was not almond milk but regular milk instead. A simple Ice Cold Brew with extra cream and sugar - unfortunately only a few people get this drink correct. The cold brew has a... standard build that people fail to follow. Let alone , they don?t add the extra cream and sugar. They would hand me a mediumdark coffee - obviously there is no extra cream in here. This is very upsetting when your spending $35 a week + tip on coffeeweekly. My coffee is not special - it?s something every staff member should know how I make. It?s not the complicated. I got the caramel crunch frozen. Was very good. The pineapple frozen wasn't so good. 2 drinks costed 14.00 was ok but expensive... and was a costly tester drink. Read more
