We were the only ones in the restaurant and everything was slow. I work in a restaurant, a diner more specifically. So I like to... cut people some slack when I eat out. Everything was super slow. Food service anything we requested. Yes we were ask if we werehappy and we said yes just to keep it moving. The place was dead silent could here every conversation In the building. Just usand the waitresses just staring at each other so didn't feel the need to express they sucked they looked like they wouldn't careregardless. Beware read your receipt when you go to Ruby Tuesday in Waycross. We went there to eat on 9/24/22. We ordered our food and paid... for it. The bill was 80.00. I read the receipt and the server had charged us for 2 items we didn't even order. When we broughtit to their attention she said we would get a 40.00 refund certificate in my email. It's been a whole week and I have not seenthe refund. I called twice and was given the run around. The store manager said she have to talk to the district manager. Stillno refund. So please read your receipt. Read more

I enjoy the food here, however the carpet desperately needs to be replaced. The sour smell is overwhelming. I feel like the... staff and management may be use to it. Staff is nice, but if a place smells, it ruins the experience. Read more

I love going to Ruby Tuesdays in Waycross. Its like going to a friend's house for a great meal. Amber the manager is dedicated... to providing a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, Kayla and Tiffany have given me the most incredible service experience and therest of the staff are like relatives that are always glad to see you. The food is phenomenal and large in portions so I alwayshave something to take home. And they are reasonably priced? I highly recommend that you pay them a visit!???? Read more

The service today was pretty awful. They only had 2 servers, 1 cook and the hostess. The hostess had to end up bringing our... drinks and took our order. Then it took forever to get our food. They definitely need more employees. Read more

We visited this Ruby Tuesday location for the first time. Our server Christina was amazing! She was so attentive and nice. She... kept our drinks filled and was super friendly. The restaurant was clean and the food was great. The manager Christy was veryfriendly and was busy helping the restaurant run smoothly. We will definitely be back! Read more

This is my second review regarding the food order from this location and it appears my first review is no longer posted, that I... found, and I?m not sure why. However, I placed another order today & again the baked potato?s I ordered, were brown on theinside, it was so over cooked that there was only a couple of spoonful?s of potato in each. (See pic) I called and spoke withthe manager & he assured me this is not the norm. However, my order from 12/23/21 and today 01/18/22 both had over cookedpotatoes. Today I ordered the Parmesan Shrimp Pasta again, which should have had penne noodles, but tonight I got fettuccininoodles, the meal itself wasn?t horrible, but I prefer the penne noodles and expected the same. When you order online, youexpect to receive a meal like you would if you?re eating at the restaurant, but I guess the person making the ?To Go? order up,isn?t concerned with the quality of the food going out, since the customer isn?t there to complain. I?m very disappointed withthe 2 orders I?ve placed so far and I?m not sure if calling the manager tonight or doing this review will make a difference inany future orders, but I hope it does.
