The chicken was almost inedible it was so hard it must?ve been under the heat lamp for quite a while. I ordered mashed... potatoes/gravy plus an extra container of gravy, I had neither. Went back through the drive through where they asked me to pullforward and they would bring it out (no problem). They handed me a small bag and I drove off. I thought it felt kinda light so Istopped to check and no potatoes & gravy and my extra container of gravy only had about a quarter-inch of gravy in it. So it?s?never again? for me. Read more
The young guy taking our order was great. The lobbie lights were off so it was very dim. They didn't have any lids, straws, or... napkins out. Not sure what the issue was but it seems people were just hanging around. People were coming in and angry becausetheir orders weren't coming and it was not busy at all. My husband and I ordered 2 white piece meals and received a box with a thigh and a wing. The other box was a leg and thigh. We... notified the staff in a nice way and explained the situation. We waited assuming our order would be fixed, only for the staffmember to return and ask if we wanted a refund. We said yes. A few moments later, the staff member returned saying, ?my managerfixed the order correctly, here?s your chicken!? The chicken wasn?t hot and led us to believe they possibly did something to theorder. We would?ve accepted a nice ?We don?t have any white meat!? Worst service I have ever gotten. The person in charge didn't greet me and stayed on her phone. When she finally came to take my... order she had a attitude and didn't want to take my order. Gave order and was told no rice and beans and I stated no surprise.This point she refused to take my order and called else to take my order and kept saying not today. Finally the cook asked me tobe the bigger person and let it go. Which I did for his sake.I will be contacting owner tomorrow and informing them ofsituation. She appears not happy with job and needs to find one she is happy with. What happen to respect for the PAYINGcustomer. I refuse to go there again and will tell everyone that I know. Read more
Great customer service and getting better every time I return. This is a newly opened Popeyes so, of course, it's going to take... Management a little time to get all the kinks worked out. Personally, I've had nothing but EXCELLENT food and great CustomerService from this location. I would recommend this location to anyone and definitely will be returning. First of all, I love me some Popeyes normally...especially when I visit it in other areas, so I know the typical Louisiana taste... that popeyes chicken should have. This locations chicken is so flavorless, over cooked, and I ordered a 5 piece and was givenall white meat! 3 large dry flavorless chicken breasts I threw away. The girl who was at the window offered to make me dark meatbut I was in a rush and had to be somewhere. But why are yall given customers all white meat? Lol...and it's not tasty at all?This is the worse chicken I've tasted in Waycross GA. Hands down and I hate that because the workers were very nice. The foodjust isnt good and they give you chicken that's old, all white meat that be overcooked and barely fill your sides up. Read more
