Pizza was really good but took a while to get my order.
I know things are hard and help is hard to find, but that was the worst pizza I've ever had. Thin crust, square cut, with three... toppings. Pepperoni and sausage were only in the middle. Banana peppers were scattered ok. Crust burned big time. Read more
Ordered light pepperoni on the pizza the guy that took the order said ok. Got the pizza full of pepperoni took it back Manager... said that option was not on the computer so he couldn't make a pizza with just a little amount of pepperoni. Wow then proceededto tell me to leave. I have ordered many pizzas from here and for this very rude manager to not make my order right was uncalledfor especially since his employee took my order with light pepperoni. Definitely not worth your time!! Second mess up within 24 hours.. The first time, we placed our order online. Said it would be... 42-52 mins. I called them when it was 1 and a half hours after we ordered and was told our order would be the next one out thedoor. Girl on the phone was rude and had an attitude. Ended up being 2 hours before it got to our house.. Then our pizzas werecold. I then called the GM the next morning who said he would take care of it and said that our next meal would be on him. Icalled again that night and placed the order around 9:47. The guy on the phone said it would be 2 hours and 15 mins before itwould get to us. Since it was the free meal the GM gave us, I said that it would be fine. I called again at 12:30 to see whereour order was and the guy said that our order did not go through. I explained to him that we ordered over the phone and a guytook our order because it was a free meal. He did not ask for my order or anything. Just kept repeatedly saying "It did not gothrough" even when I explained what happened. I'm done with papa johns. Would much rather order dominos in either Waycross orBlackshear as they always get our order to us on time and still HOT when it gets there! Read more
Estimated time for delivery said 45-55 mins. After an hour and the app still saying our pizza had not been made I called, after... being on hold for 25 mins I was told that it would be another 25-30 mins before our pizza would be made! Unless you want to wait2 hours for a pizza go ahead call one of the other 15 pizza places in town Read more
If I could have given a score less than 1 star I would have. If you order a pizza do not expect it to be ready within the time... frame. Original estimate was 40-50 minutes. After an hour and 10 minutes we were told our pizza was 3rd in line to be cooked.Which was still going to be another 20-30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. With all the pizza places available in town you wouldthink they would attempt to stay up to par, but it obviously isn't important to them. Read more
