So I drive into town at 2pm and they're just closed? Doors are locked, no-one answers the drive thru, no sign saying why. I see... employees in the building, they just aren't letting me order wth? Update: As I was writing this an employee let someone in andall I heard her say was "they can have this place, I'm done" and locked the door again. Not sure what's going on but you couldhave just said something to the people wasting gas sitting at the drive thru. Read more
This is regarding the Waycross, Ga location. Every single time I attempt to call to place an order for me to pick up a pizza no... one ever answers the phone. Every single time. And then when I arrive at the winner to order my pizza I am not greeted with a?hello?, a smile or anything at all. Half the time The person at the window won?t even look at me I?m just asked me what I want.On top of that, you always have to wait for your ?Hot and ready pizza? For no less than 15 to 20 minutes. If you order too wellthen you better just get very comfy for about 30 to 40 minutes. It is absolutely ridiculous. Read more
This location almost always pulls the pizza from the oven as soon as it peeks out and is almost always under cooked. I try to... call when I place online order to make sure pizza is allowed to come all the way to the stop before pulling to box, but theydon?t seem to use the phone. Placed my order at 6:01pm for 2 pizzas and crazy bread i ended up getting a refund at 6:48pm! I went in there twice and they... told me first time it was coming out of the oven. 10 minutes passed, went in and they said it was about done next time at 6:41it was still " almost" done. I got my refund and said it would take 24hrs...48 hrs later my refund has not showed back up in mybank. I tried to call multiple times and no one will answer the phone. I want my money back PLEASE! Something is not right here at this facility, just not the same atmosphere in the past, internal problems seem noted by other... patrons, waiting time seems to be getting longer, foods hot w received, however, orders are not ready for pickup, Deliverydrivers having to wait in order to satisfy home customers, Why?
