So slow, I do appreciate the response to my comment I know this could be a wonderful place the food is good it's just the... people working there just don't have the morale to get up and go if you know what I mean. Someone needs to motivate them.Management needs to make the employees want to work feel appreciated. Absolutely the worst drive through in Waycross and also we sat in the drive through over 45 minutes and didn?t get to order... anything so we decided to leave and not only that but there was only two cars ahead of us and there no telling how long they hadbeen there. I go to work very early! This store says that they open at 5:00 am. I have been there 4 tomes in the last 2 weeks at 5:20 and... they are not open. Crazy crazy crazy place!!!!!! And I am trying to be nice!!!!! Read more
UPDATE AT BOTTOM / Old Review up top! Last updated May 20th. Its ok. Good food but not my type of food. White Castle is... better. Update: it's either I get perfectly warm tasty food, or it just might be cold this makes me believe that one part ofthe day does their job and the other part of the day doesn't really care for it. Please stop serving me coldsandwiches. Update: Food was hot and fresh! With shortage of workers the wait time is expected. Ordered four crystal burgers with some fries. They took 20 mins to do my order when the restaurant was empty. The fries were... soggy and bland. Took a bite of the burgers and they were mushy and soggy. The place was unbelievably dirty. Kitchen was adisaster and there was dirt and trash on the floor and in the crevices. Mid service one of the workers departed for the restroomand left everything unattended. You could hear a phone playing a video in the back so I assume someone was just in their phone.Employees had no hair restraints so that would explain why to top it all off, there was a hair in my food. I will not go backand would advise no one to go dine at this location. I am not exaggerating when I say that me, at 15 years old can run thisestablishment more efficiently. Read more
