The manager was rude. They do not have no deals for seniors. You yell them what you want. And the guy who fixed it does the very... thing you do not want on your hamburger. I used to love Burger king. But not anymore. Read more

Stopped here on our way home from Fernandina beach for a last minute quick meal... ??????? Big mistake! I'm not sure what's... going on with this place but I rarely read a review before I eat somewhere so simple and strongly wish I had! The store wasnasty. Tables, floor, bathrooms, self service drink machines, everything. One drink machine had no carbonation and the other hadalmost no drinks available. There were no straws, lids, or napkins available. We ordered southwestern burger meal deals. Theycome with 4 nuggets. I've had dry, hard nuggets from fast food but these were soggy. I think that's worse and slightly scary....We asked for mayo packets for the burgers and I'm pretty sure they were expired. It poured out like heavy cream ????. Thecashier made us another one and tossed the one we ruined with mayo cream. Both booths we sat in tried to dump us in the floor.My 13 year old son said "mama I think they are rocking chair booths" ???? I looked under the table to see that the booths werefalling apart. The ceiling tiles were randomly missing, showing us all of the AC ductwork. The staff seemed nice though ???????Get it together Burger King. Read more

Hot food and nice employees, but they needed help. Empty ice machine, dirty bathroom, 2/3 of drinks in machine needed replacing,... & it took 10-15 minutes to give us our order even though we were the only ones in the store. A lot of people wandering aroundoutside. Probably won't return if we are ever passing through again and understand why people go to Chic-fil-A. Read more

My husband and I walked in on 7/3/2022 and immediately smelled natural gas leaking from some where in the restaurant. When one... of the crew members finally came acknowledged us, I told him about the heavy smell of gas. After staring at me like I had 2heads he finally spoke up with not a care in the world and said, "Oh I didn't notice." From that point he didn't acknowledge meor my husband or take our order. He proceeded to just count out money from the register as if we hadn't already been standingthere for a long time without anyone taking our order. His attitude was potent.... much like the gas spewing out of thatrestaurant. We went elsewhere. Read more

Showed up for breakfast and they stopped serving it. The menus were all still on breakfast. Another 10 before the menu switched... to lunch. So I guess they didn?t want to make anymore breakfast. The food was hot so that was a plus. Soda machine didn?t have75% of the selections. And the trash talking from employees about having to make a rodeo cheeseburger. Read more

I was in the process of ordering the 2 for $10 meal and the lady taking orders was rude. Her tone was off the second I got... there. I asked for a big fish on one and a chicken sandwich for the other. She kept repeating what do you want for your secondsandwich. I then repeated I want a big fish for one meal and a chicken sandwich for the other meal. This was approximately 1:45p.m 5/7/22. She then started to shout at me. I know the difference between speaking up so people can hear you and justflat-out, (I don't want to be here tone) I said nevermind your being kinda rude and through the speaker she said "whatever". Idrove up someone else apologized on her behalf and I got not apology from her. Obviously her peers could hear her. Last timethey forgot an item and as you know it the type of drive through you're in. By that time cars had piled up. It's hard for me towalk being a disabled vet and all. So I had to wait 20 minutes just to get my order correct. Read more
