Oh where do I begin? Took my mom and dad to eat there today. The place was CRAWLING WITH ROACHES!! I didn't notice at first and... they were the little ones but a bug is a big. Not to mention the waitress acted like she hated her job. Must be poor management.A restaurant's staff always reflect their manager. I didn't see a smile on any of their faces. Rude manager and a LIAR ALSO. My sister and mother went to B'macs and they were treated like pure S*IT by the manager. Over 15... dollars. You are a disgrace. 3 plates of food?? Amazing food on a Thursday night. Wings! There wings are the size of chicken legs and so delicious. So many options on the... buffet and it felt like a southern kind of night. If you get Shavon as your waitress then bonus points. Your glass will nevermake it to half empty. Read more
My husband and I have eaten at buffet's thus far is a five star ? or higher. Food was fresh well seasoned I love vegetables had... plenty to choose from. Fried shrimp was awesome batter was light you could actually taste the shrimp. Service was excellent. Welive about fourty miles away it's worth the trip. Pricing was reasonable. We will go again. Great waitress, the staff is wonderful per usual but the food has really taken a turn for the worst. This used to be my... favorite restaurant in waycross but the quality has went so far down in the past year sadly. My chicken was pink and everythingjust tasted off this time. I loved this place ever before they took over the Old Ryan?s building and they were so busy in their tiny place that you always... had to wait to get seated. Back then they didn?t have as many choices to pick from as they just didn?t have the space to houseit all. But the food was and is still always great tasting and fresh! The staff is pretty great too! If you?re in a truck youcan park behind the Walmart and walk across the street. Definitely worth the walk! Read more
I walked in today for takeout. This review is based on takeout. As I walked in there was no proper greeting to make me... understand exactly how this place worked. I was told there was no breakfast menu and for me to look the bar to see the foodmyself.The host was blah, she had this weird attitude I couldn't really make out why. As I was standing right there, she spokeon the side allot to the young man that was standing there with a mask and gloves , perhaps he was cleaning. The amount ofconversation she had with him when I was there felt very uncomfortable. The young man wasnt into talking to her as much as shewas into talking to him. It was rude and I believe he knew, which is why he didn't engage with her. Otherwise she "acted"nice. If this is either a negative or positive for you, not all staff members are wearing mask nor gloves, but most of themare. The person that greeted us was not wearing a mask nor gloves. The food did not look dried up, It actually looked okay. Igrabbed whatever food I was able to fit in my to go tray. The sausage was my favorite but the tater tots was disappointing. Thetater tots tasted like a plastic bin. Most of the food tasted good. I paid about $8 for many varieties of food and smallportions. I came home with the rest of food and my children destroyed it. My youngest daughter loved the bacon and my oldestdaughter said everything was delicious besides the tater tots nd a dried sausage. This was my third visit with family within the last 2 months. Last two visits would've been zero star reviews for the food and... maybe a star for service. This would've also been strike 3 and no more visits but...something changed. This visit for lunch onNov. 23, 2022 was ????. Selection, quality, and seasoned taste of food was good enough for this southern boy. And our server wasA+. Whatever you're doing now, keep doing it.
