So delicious! My kids had been begging me for FOREVER to get snowballs so we decided to all come try it. SO GOOD! My daughter... wanted butterfly kisses because it came with a butterfly gummy. I didn?t think birthday cake flavored ice would be good, but itwas! And these servings are huge! Absolutely was not expecting the cuts to be that full. 10/10 recommend! Read more

Upside: Very good desserts! They have a great selection of flavors, and the prices and sizes are well put together. Staff are... kind and friendly and helpful. This is a great place for a cold treat. I would recommend this place to anybody who likes icecream or Italian Ice. Downside: Long waits in between orders. There have been times where I waited up to 20 minutes betweenorders of only 3-4 people. Read more

This place is amazing! I?ve been to Pelicans in Charlotte and this is just as good, but in a nice, new location near... downtown. The ice is the perfect texture: light and fluffy.. As close to freshly fallen snow as humanly possible. Hard tobelieve it's not the real thing. The flavor selection is extensive, but not absurd. While there are some strange options(toothpaste) almost everything I've tried is delicious. Plus the service is quick and the staff is friendly. It?s a great placeto take a bunch of kids, because it?s fast and there?s not a lot of wait time between orders. This place is nice and the shop-balls are really delicious. They are almost as good as the snow-balls from back home in... Louisiana but they are absolutely better than any snow cone you've ever had. I'm only giving this location 4 stars because theydon't have the capability of "stuffing" the snow-balls with ice cream yet and the place is really just too small without enoughsitting area to enjoy.
