Went to this restaurant with 7 family members. None of the dinners came out on time. The time from the first dinner served to... the last dinner was 40 minutes. Three of the six dinners came out cold and when we asked to see the manager it took 30 minutesfor her to come to the table. The manager was rude and argued ?So you all got to eat, we?re so busy it takes time to get foodout?. Never again! Read more

Dang! Didn't expect this level of service!! Sydney is the best server I've met in Waxhaw. She is friendly, prompt, professional,... anticipates needs, makes good suggestions, follows up, and is on top of the details. HINT: Sydney would be an amazing trainerfor both existing staff and new hires. I get sushi here often, and I hope Sydney's here the next time I'm back. Read more

Love the food here. Have eaten here several times, both inside and take out, and the food has been great and flavorful. I love... their shrimp fried rice and egg rolls, and boneless spare ribs. Give them a try you won't be disappointed. Read more

Food is good, service sucks, especially to go orders. If you place a to go order, especially in Friday or Saturday, whatever... the estimated time given is, add 20-30 mins. I get that they get busy and behind, but you NEVER get an apology. The girlsbehind the counter do not seem to know the word "sorry" not do they seem to care. It's obvious that they've never been givenany form of customer service training. The really frustrating pay off all this is you're screwed weather you pick up our haveit delivered. Even with dash pass, the fees charged are ridiculous. An order that costs 86$ to pick up, is 126$ without tip. And again, that's WITH dash pass. So, pay through the nose or be treated with complete apathy. Your choise. It's a pitybecause, again, the food is good. Read more
