Maxwell's has great Tavern food! The Grilled Cheese & Ham Sandwich had lots of sliced ham with creamy Cheddar. The Pulled Pork... Sandwich was tender, moist & the BBQ sauce was sweet & smoky, delicious. It came with creamy Cole Slaw & HOT real potatofries! The Red Oak Lager was cold & a great compliment to the BBQ. Mixed reviews. Some of the food was phenomenal: the fried pickles were the BEST we have ever had! The gyros were delicious and... fresh-tasting. The steak was also large and juicy. The PB and Bacon burger was just so-so and the flounder plate (pictured) wasvery underwhelming. Poorly seasoned and floppy.
