Yoooo this place is DELICIOUS! Came here for my 2yr anniversary with my husband and we got a bunch of small plates and omg it... was SO GOOD!The bbq nachos were amazing, the fried deviled eggs were tasty, and our bartender offered the bbq Mac n cheese sinceit used to be on the menu but they still had the ingredients to make it and I?m so glad she mentioned it to us because it wasthe bestttttt! And the make all their sauces in house that came with the French fries and wow just wow the ranch, queso andketchup was incredible. I?m so happy with our experience and the food I can?t stop talking about. Will definitely come back!! Wealso got drinks and they were good! If I could give this place a million stars I would. While passing through Waxhaw one Sunday morning, we stopped in looking for brunch and found a wonderful dining experience... instead. We were greeted with a smile and the service was exceptional. Hubby gobbled up the Seafood Mac. My Wedge truly wasthe best I've ever had (I think it's their bacon); I never had fish tacos with Mahi-Mahi and don't want them any other way now! And you MUST save room for the peach cobbler topped with a scoop from the neighboring ice creamery. We even met Chef Andrew tothank him for preparing such fresh and flavorful dishes. Emmets is a unique experience and wonderful treat! Their small plates come out immediately as ordered and are great for sharing... amongst small groups. For larger groups plan to order multiples to share around the table. Incredibly unique dishes and wellprepared plates the food is delicious and a fun experience in and of itself. We particularly enjoyed the wings, nachos, andtritip. Service was amazing. We originally were seated in a side room and it was unbearably loud. When we asked to move thewaitress obliged and kindly made adjustments for us. The overall environment is electric and intimate making for a delightfulevening of great food, drinks, and conversations. Pretty solid place! My plates were excellent. The tuna poke avocados are probably the best thing on the menu. A friend got the... pork belly tacos and they were pretty bad. We also noticed another plate of pork belly tacos that someone barely touched. Iwould probably avoid those. Read more
We tried several dishes at Emmets and all were absolutely delicious! My favorite was the smoked mac w/pulled pork?the cheese... sauce is DIVINE. We also enjoyed the mill fries, Korean wings, tenderloin, ribs and short ribs. The food also came out superfast and fresh. We will be back soon! Read more

We will go back. Wanted to state that up front because the experience was a mixed bag. The food in general was very good, with... an opportunity for the salad that was served with WAY too much vinegar dressing. The greeting at the front door was poor. Thehostess looked like she was tired and wanted to be anywhere else. Took us to our table, dropped the menus and took off. Servicewas very slow, which was surprising because the place was half empty on a Sunday evening. Korean wings were excellent. Porkbelly tacos were very good and the flatbread was good too. Margarita was too strong, but better than the reverse, right? Weadded a little water and stirred it up and were happy with it. The waiter, although slow, was pleasant and upbeat. Covidprotocols were not evident with most of the staff, which is a minus, and one plate had a hair in it. Lots of issues, but thefood flavors and recipes will bring us back to give it another try. This place is on point. Kaia did a phenomenal job taking care of us & the food was D-licious. We also had the BLT & Beef Sliders... which were very good as well. Highly recommend this place! Read more
