If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely the WORST Whataburger in Waxahachie ! If you can?t get decent help, then you... need to close your doors because rude people like that just make you lose customers ! I?ll pull up to the drive-through and thegirl comes across the speaker and says that she?s busy and it?s gonna take her at least 5 or 10 minutes before she?ll take myorder so I can just wait or leave because she really doesn?t care. Mobile ordered a breakfast taquito from 9 miles away for carry out. I got to the store and it was locked at 8AM. A worker was... sitting at a table amd just points to I assume the drive through, so I wait behind 3 cars to tell them I have a Mobile order,kinda defeated the purpose. Pulled around and waited in the B lane until they brought it out. Order was correct but if carryoutisn't an option take it off the app, I've seen other stores grey out options that aren't available. Tried again 9/25/22 messedup order by adding cheese then took an additional 12 minutes ti fix the issue that they caused. Just terrible. Always check yourorder it will be wrong Read more
Not only was there a hair in my burger, but also what appears to be a ball of chin hair or something of that sort?. All in the... same bite. Easy to say it was not so delicious. I love Whataburger but maybe stay away from this location. To be fair they gaveme a refund but I?d rather have just not had two different types of hair in one mouth full?. How does that happen.. First time ever to a whataburger. All the tables in the dining room were dirty. Food was no better than the sonic next door... and a steak n shake. They will never get another dollar of mine. McDonald's big Mac has more flavor than their burgers. Maybea bad location? Not sure. Read more
Do you need a review for this. Best chain burger restaurant. Love the fries, A Texas tradition. How many places still put God on... the windows. Love this place. .Now days I get the double meat Whataburger junior, get my double meat without eating to much. Andof course a breakfast Taqueito is always in order. This Was My 1st At This Location I Came Here Mr. David Took My Order, And He Has Great Customer Service With A Good Sense Of... Humor.
