An order I had put in online was quite late - was frustrated for a bit. I called the store to see what the hold up was. The... manager was amazing! Was very apologetic and explained the difficulties well. The delivery driver was also very nice andapologetic. Normally, one would not think to write a review for this situation. However, compared to their competitors, theircustomer service is way better. Which makes the situation a lot better and it should be highlighted. Read more
We hadn't planned it but stopped at the store and ordered two of the new pizza bowls to go. The young man was very helpful and... courteous. The pizza bowls were wonderful! Definately a do again. Read more
I placed an order via the Papa John's App at around 3:55pm, and the app indicated that it would take 33 - 43 minutes. Long... story short, it took closer to 2 hours to get my order, and when I received it, the food (pizza and garlic knots) was cold,garlic knots overdone and the order was incomplete (I ordered a bundle for $22, which included a side, a 2 Liter beverage and apizza [up to 5 toppings])...they did not bring my 2 Liter beverage. This has been by far the worst experience I've had with anyPapa John's location! Read more
Terrible script for call in order. Want first & last name before they'll tell you their prices. Then at pick up I had to wait... for guy on phone with call in order b/c only 1 computer working for payment. Then guy class his boss about that order instead ofjust getting my order, which is just sitting there.. M cheese was $13+ so even if it taste good, it's not worth the hassle. Called Papa John?s in Waxahachie to help us out with a large order (20 pizzas) that needed to be split 5 ways. The manager,... Megan, was so helpful and sweet! They got us taken care of and delivered the whole order correctly and on time. Will for sureuse them again in the future! Read more
Waited an hour and a half on a 40 minute delivery time , app finally marked the order as ? delivered ? nobody ever came to the... door , knocked , no phone call , nothing. Have to wait 3 days for the refund to hit my account. Screw this place . Read more
Tried to place an online order Wednesday night and was called immediately and was told they didn't have a delivery driver.... Called last night recording said location is closed. Tried to place online order today same thing stores closed. Hell it had tobe better than dominos. Online eta 45 minutes to an hour actual eta 2 hours and 45 minuts. Read more
Got the meats pizza. Upgraded from med to large (for $3). Not pleased. Not alot of meat on pizza except for pepperoni really.... Had to pay $0.50 for extra garlic since a large pizza only comes with one ???? & one tiny pepper. Forgot to ask for parmesancheese & THEY DIDN'T OFFER so had to go without ????. Be a long time till i want another "over $20" pizza from Papa johns. Read more
