Food wasnt great. I ordered clams and didnt receuve them. Food taste like it was cooked in old grease.

Patrice C needs a new career choice because customer service is NOT IT! Drove from Red Oak due to the customer service received... at the Long John?s Silvers/Taco Bell there and this one was no better. Considering we were the only people in the location it atthe drive through you?d think they?d be happy to see customers however that was not the case. She was rude all the way throughthe order, even when repeating the order she was argumentative to say the least. The icing on the cake was when she saidanything else when we finished ordering for a family of 4 and my husband politely asked for 2 regular root beer floats and herletting out a loud sigh as though she was irritated. These employees need to get a grip and these companies need to bettertrain coach and developers these employees then hold them accountable for their actions. It?s one thing to have high turn overbecause people don?t want to work and another thing to close your business because your employees are trash and you stop gettingbusiness! Read more
My dad and I came in to this location and had a great customer service experience. Bishop was the associate that helped us and... he was very nice. My dad was visiting from Denver and loves visiting Long John Silvers. Food was great, hot and fresh. Read more
