I live in Dallas but I am visiting Waxahachie today and wanted some good food. I haven't been but based on the absurd prices and... the fact that waxahachie is not known for good food anyway (i went to high middle and high school here so I know), and then iread reviews about the stinginess of the portions, i will NEVER go. The service is always great!!! When I first started coming the food was excellent...a bit pricey, but I was in love with the... lemon pepper wings!!! But the food isn't the same after changing cooks several times. For the price I no longer feel its worthspending $100 or more for food and you get hard wings, salty fries, too sweet pickles, and small amount of food. Fish is alwaysgood, but expensive. Not a fan of the daiquiris. I ordered the hurricane. I taste no alcohol in it so I turned it into a real hurricane when i got... home. My son and husband tried the Mango Daiquiri both said no alchol. Fish comes with no fries,coleslaw, hush puppies justwhatever side u choose. We enjoyed our fish and my son liked his honey bbq wings. We will return to try the red beans and rice. The guy said the red beans were frozen so we had to choose another side. It definitely wasnt the same. We will try next time. Read more

Me and my fiance came here a few weeks ago it was great today we went in it was a diffrent crew the lady behind the register was... very nice but the cook that was on duty today is probably going to be the reason we never come back we both ordered wing baskets I ordered a side of fries for $4.32 we opened the box its literally 18 fries in the box we go to tell him about it and hisattitude was so non chalant and he told us i weighed the fries before I gave them to you it was definitely more fries in thatbox when I gave it to you we kinda went back and forth about it but it got to the point where he made it clear he wasn't goingto do anything to fix the situation so we leave get home my fiance bites into her wings and they are super soft not sure how onecrew gave us excellent food and service and this crew gave the complete opposite we also took pictures of the fries he tried togive us for $4.32 Read more

Had a amazing time here love it the place was amazing the red beans and rice was so delicious and the wings was so yummy. This... definitely worth the wait I will recommend this place to everyone. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with my meal. I got a cluster of crab with only 2 legs attached. My shrimp was overcooked to the... point the shell didn't come off. My potatoes were undercooked to where you bit in it and it was HARD. I just spent almost $40just for it not to even be edible and for me to toss in the trash. Smh This place was amazing when they first opened.... Idkwhat happened now. I definitely won't be coming back. Tejuns shrimp are smaller but they're NEVER overcooked. Read more

Amazing!! I like the hypnotic daiquiri, tastes really good. Fries were hot and FRESH which is the one thing that I love about a... meal. The wait is worth it!!!
