I ordered online today from the Subway app. Ordered a footlong Italian herb and cheese sandwich. Left special instructions for a... cherry coke and baked bbq lays since the app doesn?t put them as an option. My chips weren?t switched, so I asked if it was okif I swapped them out. The sandwich artist RUDELY replied, ?It?s what was on your ticket, but sure. I don?t care.? After I grabmy order, I only feel half a sandwich. I did not unwrap it while in Subway (this is important for later). Wait in line to letthem know I was missing half my sandwich so they could make my other half. After I?ve now used 75% of my lunch time, when I getback to my place of work, I get to the first ?half? of my sandwich to find out they made it as a spinach wrap. I have no ideahow you can confuse these things. Then when I tried to do the online survey, find out I was never offered my receipt with theimportant information I need to be able to do the online survey for my ?experience?. I hope Subway management sees this and canget these issues figured out. Now I have no proof to get my money back, and I spent about $15. It?s appalling. Read more
At noon on a Monday, there was only one employee working and was working hard to keep up with inside orders and the drive thru.... I waited fifteen minutes to get waited on, three other people walked out in that time, I assume tired of waiting. Poormanagement put the employee in a bad situation, no wonder Subway is closing stores. Read more
Did not have any bread. Except flat bread and 1 Italian herb and cheese. Ordered steak and cheese toasted, it come toasted .two... girls were in there It Was 7:20pm. 6-27-2020. Not a good experience. Didn't give me the receipt either. Read more
First of all, they had 1 piece of bread left. My wife had to get a flatbread. I ordered a steak and cheese with shredded... mozzarella ,toasted. Get home and the sandwich is not toasted. They tell me they don't have light mayo anymore. WTH! They alsogot rid of thier Subway Club. This place is turning into a joke!! Read more
The ingredients were all very fresh and my salad was delicious. I think they may have been short staffed, the employee working... the counter seemed stressed out to the point of being short. Not necessarily her fault. Read more
We went through drive through the girl taking our order was really rude wouldn't let me get a word out with out cutting me off.... Also. I asked for the sandwichs to be toasted. And. They weren't . I added .Extra meat to it also. And there was hardly any onthe samdsand. When I took it in to show them .The girl said that I waited to long.to come back .(pulled out of drive through andpulled up front maybe 2 min) and she refused to fix them. They make very decent sandwiches. However, the last time I went there, I asked for cheddar and they put shredded Colby on my... sandwich. And not only that but you'll be lucky if they have all of their bread on hand. Also watch your veggies!! Been thereseveral times and their lettuce should have more than likely thrown out and they slip a jalapeño in my sandwich. I can't eatjalapeños because they upset my stomach... Also they don't advertise if they are going to close early. For example, we justdrove by and they are SUPPOSE to open until 10pm but it's 7pm and they are ALREADY closed. I'm going to have to give my last visit a 2 star. The guy who made my sandwich squashed the bread completely flat while trying... to cut it in half. He then burnt the top of it while toasting it. Wasnt the best experience I've had there. Read more
