Drive thru issues. Waited in 1 of 2 lines while employee took order of 4 cars in lane next to me. Then when I got my order, it... was wrong. Employee closed the window on me. I didn't want to hold up anyone else so I just left with what they gave me. Willnot go there again. Read more

I do enjoy leaving positive reviews for businesses and it takes a lot for me to leave a poor review. However, in this particular... case, I felt strongly after what I witnessed today to leave a review. We have had several incorrect orders over the last fewyears at this location and the attention to making sure the orders are correct has been poor. Unfortunately, the customerservice has also been subpar and today I witnessed an employee arguing with a customer and actually saying the 'F' word to herand it was absolutely appalling. Came through drive thru last night at 9:55 to get something quick for myself. Google says open till 11 but when I pulled up they... told me they can?t take my order cause they?re closed. I mentioned it says they close at 11 and with the biggest attitude wastold new owner says 10. First off it wasn?t quite 10 yet either and secondly update your hours online then. I?ve put up with alot of things from this McDonald?s the past 8 years but enough is enough. Get better staff and better service Read more
Tonight I was given soggy, seemingly barely cooked, cold fries. I Live in waverly and often have bad experiences here, but this... was a new low. Don?t eat here unless you absolutely have to, the employees will treat you like garbage even if you are nice andgive you garbage food. Read more
Could not have been worse. I wish I could give negative stars. Although there were three employees there, only one was trying to... help the customers. He didn't know what he was doing but at least he was trying. The manager and the other employee walked pasta line of customers and did say a word. Finally when the manager decided to take and order, he just stood at the register anddidn't say a thing. No hello, or sorry for the wait or even a "may I help you?" Nope he stood there and said nothing. I couldadd more but there was nothing right or clean about this place. What a shame. Read more
Worst McDonald's I've ever been to (Waverly Nebraska) it's always disgustingly dirty and the employees don't even acknowledge... you when you come in you have to literally get their attention from whatever conversation they're having and even then theystill won't respond right away and most of the time you're getting old/cold food don't recommend ever.
