The customer service was excellent. The pizza was ready within 15 minutes and was delicious.
Received order not hot and fresh. Called, spoke with gentleman and he hung up on me and I was not disrespectful. Called the... facility back, was placed on hold by a female. I realized they were keeping me on hold on purpose, and I drove up there. When Ientered the front door of the business papa Johns Waveland, I was still on hold and staff were not professional. I ordered a ny style pizza half hamburger meat and the other side pepperoni and Italian sausage yesterday. When the delivery... driver bring it he hands us the pizza. We didn't look at it til he left . I was Burnt the crust and the pepperoni's on thepizza. I called to tell the supervisor and he told me send pics to his phone . I did the second pizza we got had more cheesehardly any sauce and no meat and I ask for a ny style ???? this look no where near a ny style pizza .
