I was very disappointed and a little upset when I went to Burger King today!!! Was charged extra, the order was somewhat wrong,... when I asked for no mayo, was told the burger doesn't come with it, took a bite and a blob of mayo on it!!! Omg I came here to get my family some food.i placed a order when I got my food they were moving fast so I told the lady you... rock. Why when I got home I discovered old freaking mozzarella sticks cold fries and burger. I came in today to place a orderbut I made sure i got here to early enough to watch them make it, to make sure its fresh. I stated my problem to the manager Amynot looking for a refund nor remake I was willing to pay full price for my new order I just wanted management to establish whatwas going on. Went to the beach for the day and wanted something everyone would enjoy. I've never been treated to such incredible customer... service at BK before. They were great with my kids, followed up during the meal, can't speak highly enough about the quality ofthe employees and the food produced at this location. Read more
The new manager LaTanya is great! I'm also happy to see staff that have been there and always good to their customers in... management positions. Earth and Amy have taken care of me for a while now. This place has been cleaner and more friendly overallrecently. Sometimes staffing is really short, but they just keep pushing through. I hope it only continues to get better! Read more
We stopped for burgers and French fries. Well we see pictures of delicious hamburgers . I had the new onion burger with bacon... and my grandaughter had the bacon burger. It was mighty hard finding the delicious grill beef in mine. And the other burgerwas sad. We just laughed about our experience . Fast food is just thrown together at Burger King and Mc Donald's . This location has gotten way better. App could not be used for that location, but food was good and we got what we ordered.
