The owners and management at this establishment are extremely lacking in customer service. I went in person a month ago to rent... a golf cart for today. I was under the impression that all was a go since I was sent a digital receipt and a separateconfirmation the same day. However, they do not have a golf cart for me and will not make this right. The owner was not thereand I could only speak with him on the phone. Not acceptable. A worker said I was never charged so they could capture thepayment and then issue a credit. What is the point in that?!! My issue is why not one person followed up on their system to seewhy I was issued a receipt and a confirmation and the reservation was not completed in their system. Poor customer service andwas then asked to leave the premises! Will never patronize!! any of the establishments under the Bodega umbrella again. Bewaretrying to rent anything from them!! Read more

Great experience with this group. I tried to rent a golf cart online and for some reason their system didn't capture the... information. Got there and they gave us a cart anyway. The manager called me a day later to apologize mix up with thereservation system. Truth be told is was probably user error on my part. Anyway it was great to see customer service at itsfinest. Had a great time and returned that evening for great food. Read more
Awful. Do not recommend this company at all for any rentals. We rented a golf cart to drive from our reception venue to the... Pearl Hotel. The golf cart was parked directly in front of the hotel at the end of the night and when we went to get coffee at8:00am the next morning the golf cart was gone. We called the Bodega where the employee informed us that all of the golf cartsshare keys. Apparently another renter had taken our golf cart and run it until it was out of gas and parked it in a differentspot. We spoke to the manager who told us we were lucky we did not have to buy them a new golf cart and to return the keys. Itwas extremely rude and a HUGE failure on their business model. They would not provide us any refund even though we did not haveaccess to the golf cart for 1/2 of the rental period. Wow... to respond to the business response - we have video evidence thegolf cart was parallel parked in front of the hotel next to two cars, not in front of a bar by other golf carts. The designateddriver kept the keys overnight until we went to get the cart in the morning to go get coffee at 8am and the cart was not there.Thank you for trying to imply we irresponsibly misplaced the golf cart, very nice way to treat a customer and thank you fortrying to blame us for your business model issue - the keys for the golf carts are interchangeable which allows them to be takenor moved. This is a terrible flaw in the system that should be fixed instead of blaming the customer. Read more

Visited this place during a quick weekend getaway. Drank, eat and rented the golf carts. The bartenders/servers Chris and... Alexis worked very hard to attend to our needs and did so very well. Food was good, drinks were better and service wasdefinitely enough to be appreciated. Thanks to both for a great experience. We will be sure to stop in to say hi each time wevisit. Read more
