Store # 54197? Rachelle the only worker there today, told me at 11:14 a cst she need to take her break so could not take my... order. To come back at 11:30a cst. When I got back she ? play? clean the counters for another 10 minutes before she started totake orders ( some customers behind me start to leave at this point) . Due to cold sensitivity I Asked her to make my drink withno ice. She told me she was not allow to serve that drink with out ice per Supervisor Chelsie orders?. Overpriced coffee! Don't plan on breakfast sandwiches after 11am, they are undsrstocked and often sell out. This has happened... several times at multiple locatiobs Read more
